The whole is greater than its parts, the ethos of a design forward venture capital. The goal for the project was to create a tech community and gathering spot where an established team could
mentor new leaders and where industry friends could gather for events or just a coffee. Spatially a large glass entry courtyard leads to a plant filled indoor courtyard. A custom designed kitchen space animates the core with people congregating at the central island and café stools.
